Pine Street Creative offers digital gift certificates so you can let the recipient choose their own item(s). Select your desired amount and click “purchase” You will immediately proceed to checkout. As you checkout you will be able send the gift certificate directly to the recipient by specifying the gift recipient’s name, recipient’s email and message. Alternatively, you can choose to have it sent to your email.

Please note you can only have one gift certificate per transaction due to the checkout process for sending gift certificates via email to recipients (or you). If you need multiple certificates, you will need to do one transaction per gift.

Gift Card FAQs

Do gift cards cover taxes and shipping? Yes.

Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card? Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.

Can I use more than one gift card on an order? Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.

Can I use less than the full value of my gift card? When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It's not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.

How does the recipient check their balance? The recipient receives an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, the remaining balance appears.

Can I request a physical Gift Card or Gift Certificate? Our commerce platform does not support physical gift cards. However, a printed gift certificate is possible, but please contact us BEFORE ordering as it’s a different process from the digital one here.
